Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day period and return the product in its original condition, unused, and complete with all original packaging.

Please note that products showing signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics may be subject to a partial refund reduction, as permitted by applicable law.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within the timeframe required by law.

Orders Outside the European Union

For customers residing outside the European Union, return rights may vary depending on local consumer protection laws. Unless otherwise required by mandatory local regulations, returns are accepted within 14 (fourteen) days from delivery under the same conditions described above.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory statutory rights applicable in your country of residence.

Handmade Nature & Natural Material Disclaimer

Each Nicola Messina bag is individually handcrafted and produced upon order.

Due to the artisanal manufacturing process and the use of natural wood, slight variations in grain, tone, texture, color depth, and minor irregularities are inherent characteristics of the material and craftsmanship. These elements are not defects but distinctive features that make each piece unique.

The selection of color represents a finishing preference within our standard options and does not alter the essential handcrafted nature of the product.

Natural variations shall not be considered grounds for claims of non-conformity.

Legal Warranty

All products are covered by the applicable statutory legal warranty.

For customers residing in the European Union, products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771 and applicable national laws for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months from delivery.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects or lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or negligence

  • Alterations or modifications made by the customer

  • Natural characteristics of wood as described above

If a defect is confirmed following inspection, we will, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law, provide repair, replacement, or refund.
